Regional Sales Manager

SUMMARY: 

At Inkjet Inc., we seek an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts for marking & coding, and packaging machines across various sectors, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and more. This role is pivotal in driving growth, penetrating new markets, and expanding our market share within the assigned territory, and will report to the Director of Sales. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Growth: Identify sales opportunities by engaging with different industries within your territory to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Channel Partnerships: Develop and grow Channel Partnerships, including Manufacturing Reps, Resellers, OEM/Integrators, and Distributors. This role requires nurturing existing partnerships and exploring new alliances to expand our market presence.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Maintain meticulous sales activity reports in Salesforce, detailing all customer interactions, quotes, orders, and lost business opportunities. Regular training will be provided to enhance your proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep a daily updated pipeline in Salesforce, focusing on identifying and tracking 30-60-90-day opportunities and projects exceeding $50k, ensuring an accurate forecast of sales potentials.
  • Product Expertise: Conduct professional customer presentations and demonstrations of our flagship products, DuraCode and X1, ensuring you're well-versed in their features and benefits. Continuous learning will be supported to keep you on top of product advancements.
  • Travel and Customer Engagement: Frequent travel, including overnight stays, to meet potential and existing customers within your territory. Expected travel time is one to two weeks per month, with support for travel management and expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of B2B sales experience

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in either the coding & marking or the packaging industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Knowledge of capital equipment purchasing cycles.
  • Willingness to learn InkJet, Inc. product line
  • Proficient with tools such as  Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
