INK OF THE MONTH: DC 1039 Yellow ink with high opacity on dark and light colored substrates

InkJet’s DC 1039 YEL ink, is a ketone-based, general purpose yellow ink with high opacity on dark and light colored substrates. This ink is specifically designed for coding on light colored and dark plastics and cable that requires high opacity. This ink can also be used on different types of plastic with excellent adhesion, and will dry to the touch in less 2 seconds after printing. DC 1039 YEL was developed to run in DuraCode printers.

APPLICATIONS
Excellent adhesion to wires and cables, EPDM products and other plastics.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture when stored at a temperature range of +35^oF to +95^oF (+2^oC to +35^oC). Prolonged exposures to temperatures outside these limits will shorten the ink shelf life. If there is a possibility that the ink has been frozen during shipping, bring to room temperature (+70^oF to +75^oF or 21^oC to +24^oC) and shake well before using.
