Evolabel T63 6" Thermal Transfer Printer
Print width up to 162 mm makes the Evolabel T63 thermal transfer printer suitable for pallet and box labeling, where large labels carrying a lot of data often are used.
The rigid mechanical design of the Evolabel printer comes to its full right in the T63 model; the solid aluminum chassis is machined as one piece for perfect alignment of the wide label and transfer rollers, print head etc. This eliminates the need for any mechanical adjustments and secure high quality printing over time.
Pallet Labeling
The T63 prints up to A5 format labels and meets the GS1 standards for pallet labeling. Evolabel offer unique and safe solutions for 1, 2 or 3 side pallet labeling. The Evolabel T63 handle both thermal transfer technology as well as direct thermal technology.
Large Wipe Application
A pancake factory is using seven Evolabel T63 Wipe, Large for box front labeling. Labels contain a list of ingredients in up to 15 languages, leading to very small fonts which makes print quality and text position accuracy very important. The unique and patented applicator plate allows the change between different label sizes without any changes or adjustments. All the Evolabel T63 printers in the plant are connected to and controlled by CodeIT software.

ACCESSORIES
1. Touch screen
From the 10.4” touch screen the operator can easily change products and settings.
2. Status beacon
The status tower provides an easy way to monitor the machine status from a distance.
3. Control Panel
From the Control panel the operator can easily stop, reset and start the printer.
4. Trigger sensor
Evolabel offers a reflecting PNP trigger sensor from SICK, which fits most applications. The machine can interface to any 24V PNP trigger from other suppliers.
5. Mounting kit
This is the standard robust stainless steel mounting kit from Evolabel. It will fit most applications. It is intended to be used with the pillar stand (6).
6. Pillar stand
This pillar stand of anodized aluminum can either be mounted directly on the floor or onto the stand foot (7). The pillar stand is also available with motorized height adjustment.
7. Stand foot
The stand foot is a robust powder coated aluminum foot with wheels and adjustable machine feet covered with rubber for good positional stability.
